H. E. Dr Husam Zomlot received at the Palestinian Mission in London over 20 Palestinian professors and academics who took part in a training programme at Middlesex University.
Dr Zomlot said: “The reason for our steadfastness and survival are these professors. The outcome of such programmes are one of the lowest illiteracy rates in the world and the highest PhD holders per capita in the world.”
Dr Zomlot added: “We are grateful to the U.K. government, Middlesex University and specifically Dr Georgios Dafoulas for creating this opportunity of skill and knowledge sharing. We wish our academics success upon their return to the homeland.”
