Renewing a passport

If your passport has expired and you wish to renew it, please read the following information carefully.

You can renew your passport in two ways:

1- Power of attorney

You can visit the mission to issue a power of attorney to allow someone in Palestine to renew your expired passport.

2- Submitting a passport renewal application form to the Palestinian Mission

If you don’t have someone in Palestine to renew your passport you can submit a renewal application form to the Mission in person. In this case, we cannot give you a firm time line for when you might receive your new passport, but we recommend you apply at least three months in advance.

Applications must be made in person at the mission. You will require an appointment.
