Mohamed Najem & Friends

Led by a composer and clarinettist from Bethlehem, Mohamed Najem & Friends respells the music of the Middle East into a new musical language. Formed in 2016, the quartet have already become a hit on the Paris jazz scene and have appeared at festivals across France and as far away as Gabon.

Nai Barghouti 'Moments'

Nai Barghouti stunned audiences across the UK when she toured with the Palestine Youth Orchestra last year, selling out at venues from Glasgow to London. This year she returns with an all-star band that includes musicians that perform with some of the most popular young Palestinian bands around, including members of the Awan Quartet, Al Raseef and the Mohammed Assaf Band, as well as Nai’s Amsterdam-based band with its roots in Nigeria, South Korea, and Tunisia.

Moments is a specially curated set of Nai's own original work and new arrangements of some of the best known Palestinian and Arabic songs.
